Terms of purchase

1. Who is selling

The e-book "Instagram Secrets" by Omer Filan (@filandesign) is sold under the Omer Filan brand. The sale is organized by:

Payment, tax calculation and invoicing are handled by Link (Stripe) as the seller that resells the e-book (the so-called merchant of record). The checkout and the invoice state "Sold through Link". The Link terms of use also apply to the payment itself.

2. Product

The product is digital content, an e-book in PDF format. No physical book is shipped. Any device that opens PDF files is enough to read it.

3. Price and payment

The price is €49.00. VAT is included in the price and is calculated according to the buyer's country. The checkout may show the amount in your local currency. Payment is one-time, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or another method offered at checkout. The invoice arrives by e-mail right after payment.

4. Delivery

Right after a successful payment you will get a download link for the e-book on the confirmation page and by e-mail, at the address you entered at checkout. If the e-mail does not arrive within 30 minutes, check your Spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

5. Right of withdrawal

With online purchases, a consumer normally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery begins, provided you have expressly agreed to this and confirmed that you know you lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 79 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act).

By purchasing, you expressly agree that the e-book is made available for download immediately and confirm that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.

If the file does not work, is damaged or is not as described, contact us. We will send you a working file or refund your money.

6. License and copyright

The e-book is a copyrighted work by Omer Filan. With your purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own reading only. It is not permitted to:

• share, forward or publicly publish the file or parts of it,
• resell the e-book or include it in other products, courses or materials,
• remove the author's marks.

Short quotations with the source credited are permitted.

7. Results

The e-book contains the author's experiences, strategies and advice. Results on Instagram depend on many factors: niche, content, consistency, the algorithm and more. That is why we do not guarantee a specific number of followers, sales or income.

8. Complaints and support

Send questions and complaints to [email protected]. We confirm a written complaint immediately and reply within 15 days at the latest. Questions about the payment itself and refunds can also be sent to Link support.

9. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Croatian law, together with the rights granted to the consumer by the law of the country in which they live. We will first try to resolve any dispute by agreement. A consumer may also turn to bodies for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. Each purchase is governed by the terms valid at the time of purchase.
